My husband and I have been in the Duo Program with Kyle for the past 6 months, and he was able to design effective training sessions to accommodate our very different fitness goals. Kyle is great about keeping training sessions progressive, adapting to our ability levels, keeping it safe, but giving us enough push th we were able to see results in just a month. What I love about training with Kyle is that it’s not just about what happens at the gym - Kyle educates us on healthy eating and habits and checks in with us weekly to make sure we stay on track with healthy living goals we set together.The Fitt Factory, where Kyle holds his training sessions, is a nice, clean gym that only takes private sessions.
