★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I've been going to this aerial studio for the past few years (remote during the pandemic). Great facilities (20 ft high rigs) - I typically go to silk, sling or flexibility classes. The instructors (especially Gina) are professional and dedicated. Lots of children and teens classes and I wish there was enough demand for adult sessions. They use pike13 for class booking which can be a little clunky (most studios use this so the issues are not the studio). The location is a little far for me (I'm in Somerville and also go to Esh). Highly recommended as a place to explore your "run away and join the 🎪 circus" side.
June 01 · Kamie Ngam-ConnorWe took our Girl Scout troop to Circus Complex and they had a wonderful time trying out the aerial silks and Lyra rings! Wonderful instructor and it was a great supportive environment to learn a new challenging skill!
January 17 · Elin AgostonThis is my new circus family, I joined after my gym shut down and I couldn't be more impressed. And the best to me is Gina DeFreitas who I have followed from another interim gym as my aerial instructor. I am late 30s, work a ton but have a passion for silks and Gina can do, well, literally everything and tailor to your needs. She is professionally trained, encouraging, supportive, and everything I needed to make me meet my goals for silks (Have fun! Be stronger! Do drops!) I can show her something on Instagram and say can I do this? And she always says to me, I don't know, can you? With a smile in her eyes as she breaks it down for me step by step. Definitely recommend joining, and Gina for me is an incredible teacher for me for silks (although I know she does a bunch of other things too like lyra, although no drops to me is no fun, but that's just me!) She can always create a custom training based on your circus interests and the gym also has straps, juggling, etc. Highly recommended!
