The whole team makes me feel welcome every time I come and Rachel goes above and beyond to work with my Physical Therapist as I am recovering from an injury. Training here feels like I accomplished something new each time I go and the trainers are top tier talent. They pointed out things I been doing for years and immediately fixed them. I have been training with Whitney for a long time and each time she finds new things to help me in the fitness levels. I highly recommend this place to anyone! Keep it up Cincy 360!
June 26 · Zeek KrekeI have been coming here to work out with Rachel Scudder for 6 months now. She's been instrumental in my recovery from knee replacement surgery. I feel so much stronger thanks to her! This is also a really sweet space to work out in. It's got everything you need (including showers) and it feels very welcoming to all ages and all body sizes. That's not always easy to find and speaks to the culture the owners and the rest of the staff cultivate. Highly recommend!

Cincy 360 was recommended by a friend after I started having some back issues that were severely limiting all of my fitness activities. I was back to almost all of my activities within the first month or so!Drew has kept the workouts interesting and challenging, always building on what we did the week before. The weight or reps continue to build, but not at the expense of form.We’re very happy with Cincy 360 and can’t wait to see what Drew has in store for us next year!
