★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I first saw Solomons advertisement on Instagram, what caught my attention was his Logo Christ-E Boxing for kids. Our first day there Solomon was nothing short of loving, welcoming, and just a whole vibe! haha What caught me off gaurd was his way of treating us like family and hugging us with a warm welcome. Solomon has a great way of working with the kids, by going down to there level and meeting them where they are at,.while at the same time challenging them but also allowing them to have fun!He has A LOT of patience which I believe goes a long way when working with kiddos, kids notice these things. Recently he started incorporating reading from the bible(verses) and I think that is great! kids get to fellow ship while at the same time learn boxing and have fun and learn about christ. My kids LalaLOVE going on Fridays for kids class and they forward to it all week. We hope to continue being apart of Christ-e boxing.

April 27 · Teelin GrayOur football program runs an off-season strength & conditioning program year-round. A few months ago we decided to hire Christ-E Boxing to work with our athletes one day a week. Coach Solomon has brought an infectious energy and intensity to our workouts! He truly cares about people and his craft! Our athletes are being challenged mentally and physically while learning how to complete a boxing workout. Coach Solomon and Christ-E Boxing will be part of our off-season program for years to come! I am so happy we decided to reach out to Coach Solomon!!!
April 21 · Malik PrinceAs a Ballard High School assistant football coach, I believe this is the best off-season strength & conditioning program we've had, and hiring Christ-E Boxing has played a crucial role. When it comes to working with teens, Coach Solomon is a guru! The power of positivity is strong with this man. By utilizing boxing movements and drills, players are being challenged to strengthen their cores, build their cardio, and maneuver in a different way of moving and thinking. We're now thinking and moving differently, for the better! I'm talking high-intensity workouts that has increased our endurance, but also been a great stress reliever. Our team seems happier and in a loose, calm yet focused mindset. We are a better program because of Coach Solomon. And what's also great is that Coach Solomon will adapt and adjust your workout based on individualized needs. I cannot recommend Christ-E Boxing enough to athletes, teams, and everyday people looking for a new workout plan!!!
