I am here three times a week and have been doing strength training for 14 years. Strength training is a must have if you want to have a happy and healthy life. As the saying goes: "Wear out, not rust out". I have a very active life style and I owe it all to the strength training. I know that Liam and his associates will take very good care of me. You couldn't ask for a more focused gym for your healthy life style.

The facility is immaculate and well maintained, plenty of equipment, space and extra areas to do personal workouts even while classes are occurring. The coaches and owners are extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable as are the other athletes. I find it inspiring to see athletes working out at a very advanced competitive level side by side with others who are trying the sport for the first time. For the first time in a long time I feel hopeful and excited to meet my fitness goals.

March 19 · Erika Carolina Sanches FerminoThis place is extraordinary. Before the pandemic I went there regularly years ago and was in pretty good shape and worked with a trainer. Cross Fit has a reputation for young muscle bound men, which is not completely wrong, but this place welcomes old and young (I am in my 70s) and men and women of all ages. It is clean, airy and well run. After looking at other gyms I decided to return to CFB and am glad I did and am trying to rebuild my strength, with some results already after only three weeks.

I have PRd in my 5k, 10k, and half marathon solely from the conjunction of strength training, mobility, and cardiovascular endurance that CFB has helped me gain. The gym is a family and you never feel pressured to do something you’re uncomfortable with. Modifying is always an option and they have so many different ideas to personalize your workout to you.
