★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This was my first yoga class in a studio in over 20 years. I have participated off and on online for some time. Those were nothing like being in person! It felt very good. Ashley was very welcoming and conscientious of me being a rookie! I look forward to more classes with her and others. Thanks!
September 03 · Mark SiegalI visited the studio for a weekend work shop.Annie’s knowledge and teachings of the sutil movements our body is capable of accessing, needed to truly connect in a balanced way to every asana, is exquisite. Truly a master of her craft and I am thrilled to be here (visiting from New Orleans) and looking forward to Day 2 & 3.Plenty bathrooms available, space is clean, has a cute area with merchandise (clothes, books, props, etc.). Staff was friendly! The event started and ended on time as well which is important to me.
September 13 · Giselle del CastilloI recently completed a 30-hour Yin Yoga training with David, and I’m so grateful for the depth, clarity, and integrity he brought to every moment of the experience. What stood out most to me was his ability to weave together the wisdom of traditional yoga with modern, evidence-based anatomy and movement science. As someone who values both the roots of yoga and the evolving understanding of the human body, I deeply appreciated how David dispelled common myths in the yoga world—offering grounded, research-informed insights—while still honoring the energetic and meditative essence of Yin practice. This training didn’t just deepen my knowledge; it renewed my sense of purpose as a teacher. Thank you, David, for creating such a thoughtful, enriching, and balanced learning space. I feel more aligned, informed, and inspired because of it.
