I saw the sign for Cavalier Fitness and decided to stop in last week for the first time. Located inside the Village Glen's facility, the studio is immaculate. The pilates class was the perfect pace--challenging, but with variations if needed, and the instructor was so welcoming. I also went to a strength class that kicked my butt! Highly recommend the classes here!

This studio is simply amazing, the owner Shelly is wonderful! Her instructors Michele and Rachel are equally great. I have been attending classes her for over a year, and I can credit them for the amazing shape that I am in. Not only physically but mentally as well. I feel strong, and I feel capable, and to me that is priceless 💕
