June 02 · gfs 937I didn’t start working out regularly until I was 43 years old, when I found Dave at Catalyst Fitness. Sure, I gave it a go here and there, but never felt comfortable in a gym setting, figuring out what to do for myself. I was intimidated and it was something I dreaded. I’d make any excuse not to go. With Dave I found the encouragement, and accountability that I needed. I appreciate that he is flexible with my schedule so that I can get my workouts in no matter what. For the past 4 years I have worked out regularly, and I even look forward to going. Dave is very tuned in to my goals and pushes me in a positive way that I respond to well. I’m not the easiest client, I know, but Dave has found a way to reach me. Now, I can’t imagine NOT making me a priority, because of Dave.
