Kyrie is very knowledgeable about CrossFit and will make sure there are modifications for all levels. She will take you through the foundations class so you can learn the basics and have fun in the classes. There is not only CrossFit but Endurance classes, Weightlifting, Senza, Lab Fit and many more.
