★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I've been going to Cappy's for a few months now for their box-fit classes, and love it. The class sizes are small, normally between 4 and 12 at 8.30am, so there's plenty of space and time on all of the gear. The classes are fun and challenging, and the coaches are amazing!

December 12 · DJ ArmijoCappy’s is consistently the best workout I’ve ever gotten and promotes a strong culture of community, support, and respect. I’d never boxed before so started with their first time boxer class 3 years ago and have been a regular at their non-contact classes ever since. Every class has folks of all abilities and the coaches skillfully work with you on the level you’re at. There’s no pressure to spar if that’s not your thing. I never expected to like boxing as much as I do and I think Cappy’s culture is why.
