I can't imagine a better Pilates studio! The instructors are experienced, warm-hearted and very attuned to individual needs. The studio is extremely well managed. Plus clean, safe, and in a great neighborhood. No need to search further!

I tried personal training, yoga and aerobics classes and nothing would stick. I would get too sore and give up. Until I found the Center Studio! Pilates was recommended to me by the owner of the studio after I shared with her my story. She assured me that her instructors would carefully asses me and work with my condition, not against it. I was wary because I had been through a lot, but it was worth a try. I started with one session a week and my instructor listened and was careful not to push me too hard. A year and a half later I am up to three sessions a week and I literally have never felt better, stronger or healthier!!! The Center Studio and the amazing instructors there have been incredibly supportive and life changing for me!!!I highly recommend this studio for anyone seeking to heal or strengthen your core!

All communication is answered. Hallee teaches the Melt Method, too, which is a great plus. Even after leaving NYC, the Zoom classes as part of my weekly schedule.
