My results lately have been that my clothes are fitting better, my appetite is better, my vitality levels are off the chain. Mind you I am 79 years old, when I first started I was having knee pains, now being in Q50 going on 2 months my knee pain has become minimal. Q50 has really been a blessing. Show up and show out, you won’t regret it.

The equipment is maintained well and cleaned regularly. Daniel is doing a fantastic job as the manager. The pool and sauna are excellent and the towel service is a plus. Great location and fantastic workout environment. Highly recommend Cambridge Fitness!
August 29 · Alan Fonseca⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the Q50 program!The main reason I signed up for a membership at Cambridge Fitness was because the Q50 program is offered here. Q was my trainer at a previous gym, and I followed him to Cambridge because of the quality, consistency, and results he delivers. The Q50 experience itself is outstanding and truly deserves five stars.However, for the price of membership, there are some things that need immediate attention:⭐️⭐️⭐️ The smoothie bar/café is often either closed or not properly stocked/staffed. It’s disappointing when items needed to make smoothies are frequently unavailable.⭐️⭐️ The access process for the 5:30am class needs improvement. The gate and door are often not opened on time, creating a frustrating start to an otherwise great workout.Cambridge Fitness is a beautiful and well-equipped facility, but some of the operational processes—especially those that affect early morning members—could use refinement. With a few adjustments, the overall experience could easily match the high quality of the Q50 program.

The 50-minute small group format is effective and the variety each day helps to prevent burnout. Coach Q and Jordan are amazing! They bring great energy, provide guidance, and genuinely care about helping everyone improve and meet their personal goals. I always leave the class feeling stronger and more motivated to come back the next day!

The staff is super kind and helpful, especially Daniel and Chad! I got a free personal training session from Chad and I feel like it really gave me insight to what I need to work on and helped with form. Daniel (the wellness director) made me feel welcome has great customer service to all the members. Everyone here is really knowledgeable and you can tell they care about members and love their jobs. I would definitely recommend!!
