Each of the coaches have their own personal style and I love it! One of the trainers that I primarily work with name is Kristi , she makes sure that your form is on point so that you can the best results from your workout. Marla thank you for opening up the studio . I love ❤️ the semi group experience.

I appreciated their professional approaches to the workouts, and I never felt shamed or uncomfortable in the space.All of the trainers were knowledgeable and patient during the small group classes I attended. The classes included not only strength training but also calisthenics moves and cardio, working my entire body with no spot training, which was exactly what I needed. I particularly valued the emphasis on stretching, which is often overlooked by other trainers. They made sure I was properly stretched out, focusing on the areas worked. This attention to stretching was appreciated!While I enjoyed these classes, I strongly suggest introducing nutrition guidance from day one, especially with the non-promotional rates. I also believe providing a list of foods or meal ideas weekly would add value, considering the significant investment the classes require.
