The environment is positive from the coach staff to all the attendees . Despite a group setting you are still able to gain 1-1 coach assistance throughout the class. Prior to my 30 day fit trial , I committed to becoming a member . Thanks to a good accountability partner , I am on my to crushing my fitness goals
