The team there is all about a lifestyle of wellness and helping you achieve your fitness goals. The facility is great and the energy is high. They even have the option for childcare during your workout which is like finding gold. The spring floor is nice and supportive for the knees. The rates are reasonable and the timing for classes are flexible for morning or evening workouts. The group classes help you to feel the community of those seeking to improve their wellness. The instructor provides several variations with those at different fitness levels. They have apparel and supplements. Go check them out at Burn Boot Camp and sign up for a package. You won’t be disappointed.
July 15 · Damon HewlinBurn Boot Camp McDonough is amazing! They encourage, motivate, and have great instructors. I especially love Shermaine, Ana, and Lionel. The energy is high and the support is awesome. I started with their 3-week promotion and ended up signing up for 6-months. You can go as often as you like. Each class is different even if the equipment is similar. I don't think I've done the same thing twice. If you need accountability, like I do, this is an awesome place to join to help you meet your goals.I'm sure you can always find something negative about anything when you're looking for it. However, the couple of things I could say do not outshine the good. Like sometimes trainers are late for the first morning session at 5:30 am. They adjust well and even members step in to keep things going on time.

The first day I walked in I loveed it. The atmosphere was so peaceful and the workers and the trainers oh my gosh was so beautiful. They are so loving,kind,and they care about you. I’m became a member that day without hesitation. It’s a family setting from Management to workers trainers members of the Worker team. They are awesome people to be around. They encourage you. Push when you don’t have the strength. They also have programs and events for the whole family;like field day at he park,family day at the gym for the whole family we party with the team It’s not just about working out it’s about having fun.I encourage you if you are in McDonough Area and looking for a Gym try Burn Boot Camp you will never regret it. I started in March of this year and by God help I’m going all the way with burn boot camp.

August 12 · Carrie GuthrieI’ve been coming to Burn since October 2024. I loved it the very first time I entered. Rachel was the first person I met & she was amazing. She’s very sweet & helpful. All of the trainers are very knowledgeable & will give the extra push you need. We’re all one big happy family & I love it. I know if I would’ve been consistent from the very beginning, I would’ve easily hit my fitness goal. However, Burn has allowed me to feel comfortable in my skin again 3 years postpartum. Please give it & try & you won’t be disappointed!
