The camps are NEVER boring, and everyone has a great time cheering each other on! I had just moved here and this was the first place to make me feel home in CT. I would recommend Tessa's camps every day of the week! Her knowledge of exercises, modifications, and spirit keep the camps going! Focus one-on-one meetings with her are tremendous to help with the right nutrition!

December 22 · Veronica GuariniI joined Burn Boot Camp just after the new year, promising myself I would get in shape, just as I’ve done every year for the last 5+ years. Every time I’ve tried in the past with joining a local chain gym, I would grow tired of the same routine each time I would go. I couldn’t bring myself to stick with these gyms because they weren’t motivating, weren’t pushing me to challenge what I thought I was capable of. Burn Boot Camp is the opposite with my past experiences with gyms. Tessa and Joe challenge me, encourage me, motivate me, and keep me interested in seeing what the next workout will bring. Every time I go, there’s a very well thought out workout for us to complete, with the help and motivation of Tessa and Joe cheering us on. When I think I don’t have it in me to lift one more weight, do one more lunge, or complete one more burpee, they are right there with me, telling me that I am strong and that I can do it. The support and motivation I get from them is just what I need to push myself. In the 5.5 weeks that I’ve been going, I’ve grown confidence in myself and my capabilities, I’ve grown physically and mentally stronger, and I’ve shown myself and my children the importance of doing something for myself that makes me feel really good. I highly recommend Burn Boot Camp to anyone who is looking for a place that will challenge them, support them, keep them interested and engaged, and is looking for a place that will physically and mentally transform them. Do yourself a favor and give them a try!! You will not be disappointed!
February 12 · Jenn SicilianoI am so glad burn boot camp came to Simsbury! Four weeks ago I wasn't able to do a push up and today I did 60 in 2 minutes! The staff is friendly and always helpful.They thoroughly sanitize the equipment during and after every class. I attend night classes and Joe the owner is awesome! I often have two left feet and Joe knows how to motivate you and correct your movements to ensure your success. I also love that classes are only 45 minutes and each group of exercises is made to push you! I highly recommend this gym to anyone!

I have a few injuries I am working through and she always helps me modify but still pushes me to give 100% every time (safely). The camps are only 45 minutes long AND I can bring my daughter to the child care room, which is included in my membership. She loves the gym as much as I do! Also the other folks working out there are super kind and uplifting, too. I hate if I have to miss a camp, it really has become party of my daily routine. Thanks, Burn!
