I watched the stories on Facebook for a while before taking the leap to join. I felt really welcomed and supported. The trainers are excellent and in tuned to me, my body and more importantly, my limitations. I feel absolutely great when I leave - accomplished and motivated. The other people who attend the camps also great people and each week, I meet someone new! Recently, my daughters joined and it's so great. It's our Mother-Daughter weekly get-together!

She wanted me to go with her and try it and I did although I was very resistant because of my age and I have never tried strength training before. Watching the videos was very intimidating to me. I have always done cardio and then started running. I had to stop running though with arthritis in my knee. Going through menopause, I was always tired due to sleepless nights and put on weight over the last few years. I have been wanting to do something different but just needed a push. I am so happy she took me with her because I ended up joining and I committed to going at least four times a week. She is my accountability partner and has thoroughly enjoyed Burn Boot Camp. Everyone here is so supportive, encouraging and friendly and is there to help you. I never have once felt judged even when I couldn’t complete an exercise. I’ve been going for three weeks now and I already feel better mentally and physically. I had a three day free trial so I highly encourage y’all to try it. It will become part of your day and you’ll feel so much better after you get it done:)

The classes are great for all skill types whether you are just getting started or athletes looking for conditioning. It’s a fun community and I look forward to my workouts!

I love this compared to a traditional gym because I don’t have to think about what I want to do, and I don’t have to wait for equipment. It’s the best & I'm so glad to be a part of it!
