The sense of community is great and makes burn feel like more than a gym. For parents the childcare is a blessing. My kids age 6 and 4 love going and attending the childcare. You will not regret being a part of burn you will only regret not starting sooner.

I have attended camps throughout two pregnancies and the trainers are trained and knowledgeable about modifying and providing safe movements. I love the variety of camp times with childcare so I can attend and bring my children with me. The trainers offer nutrition coaching, can take measurements/stats, and offer advice on stretches, meals, modifications for injury, etc. Also, this franchise is owned by a great family that’s involved In giving back to the community and overall great people. The community is amazing and filled with people of all ages, sizes, athletic ability, etc that help push you through each workout. It really is for everyone! I can’t recommend Burn enough!
