I would have to drag myself out of the house to get to a gym. Burn changed that for me. I really enjoy how each day’s workouts are different and work each part of your body. I have seen results in just 6 short months!Aside from the workouts, there’s an incredible sense of community. The staff are remarkable and always there to assist you in anyways. They also always have to upbeat personalities, which makes them so easy to talk to and approach with any question. In 45 minutes you will get a head to toe workout. Class formats are different everyday. The instructors are very motivating. They offer challenges to keep you consistent and heavy weights to make you stronger!

Camps are only 45 minutes long, which is the perfect amount of time to get a great workout in. And it isn't just a time to workout, it's a time to see friendly faces, encourage each other, and have fun working out - and the trainers are awesome and approachable. Who knew all that could happen at a gym?! One of the biggest victories I've had from coming here is the strength and confidence I now feel in my body. Workouts that once felt impossible now feel like opportunities to push myself and become stronger. If you're thinking about joining, check it out!!!
