Walking into the gym I was strictly going to do their fusion fit/stretch/yoga class only just to get some “me” time and quickly I adjusted my schedule to an hour of the gym class along with the fusion fit/stretch/yoga class. I loved that the classes were small so the trainers have the ability to adjust workouts safely and properly to my skill set while also doing the same for other individuals too. I’ve seen such incredible results and all those machines I have been avoiding all of my life I now do.The owners are amazing trainers and have helped me see results I never thought I would see and use machines I never once thought of using.
October 09 · Stephanie MackDesiree has changed my life. Due to chronic back conditions and previous injuries, I could hardly walk. Under Desiree guidance, I improved my posture, mobility, strength, balance, diet, and, consequently, mental health. I am 65 years old and in June I completed a 4 mile, 12 obstacle course race with other gym members. I am back on my bike, riding 15-20 miles twice a week and going to the gym 3x week. Desire and Carter are the best and truly know and care about their clients.

I cannot say enough about how my life has been transformed as well as my body. I could not have done this without both of my trainers Desiree and Carter. Thanks to Desiree and Carter- who both pushed me, believed in me, and inspired me as well as cheered me on to keep going. I have accomplished so much. I entered a Goliathon and completed it. My health and my diet are now working for me. The complements about how good I look are still coming and I can look at my self naked and smile. Life changing!!

I’m not joking when I say they have changed my life for the better. I have built muscle, healed some of my chronic conditions, and quit smoking ( my 2 year quit-aversary is November.)I have also gone from doing everything I could to remain lazy, to a person who never misses a workout, and probably never will again. If you are thinking about getting fit, and joining a gym, I promise you won’t be sorry you called. They want to see you succeed and are two of the most supportive people I know. Do it, for you.
September 29 · Meg FCarter is an awesome personal trainer and very knowledgable. I paid for a one on one session just to make sure my form was correct when Deadlifting. Its crazy to find out Ive been Deadlifting the wrong way for years. Carter gave me a ton of information as far as warming up, and what not to do when training. Thanks!!!
