I love how there are options with small & large (no more than 18/20) groups, the workouts are posted and you work at your own speed! Most importantly, the coaches are amazing and will ensure your form is CORRECT!!! They do not play about form! If you are looking for a great gym, then I highly recommend Brooklyn Strength!

I look for friends/family to go with me just to have someone there to hold me accountable (failed). Then I walked into Brooklyn Strength Club and the family was already there. Working out became fun again and the family is there to see you through. I’m no longer lost in a gym not knowing what to do. I get up in the morning (I’m not a morning person) to go workout no excuses, this is how I know I’ve found my place. I appreciate the entire team there!!!

I also love that Coach Cathy works with you. I officially can say the small training groups are the best part of my mornings and gives me motivation to keep going.
