I get flexibility to schedule when it's convenient and tailored workouts for my particular concerns. I credit my time here with improved mobility, strength and flexibility. It did more for me than physical therapy! The Studio space is clean and well-appointed with all sorts of apparatus. Never a dull moment!
August 24 · Jenna SI can’t say enough wonderful things about Jessica! First, I was in town only a short period of time and she worked with me to fit into her schedule so I could get in several sessions. Secondly, this was my very first time trying Pilates and she was/is so patient and understanding. She took time to explain concepts to me, the equipment, and show me how to do all the basics plus more advanced variations so I’d be prepared to continue my Pilates journey at home. Finally, she’s just a really good human being; fun to spend time with and with a heart of gold. Bonus: she has the CUTEST pups! She’s so attentive and very knowledgeable about her craft. I will DEFINITELY return when I come back into town. If you’re debating on trying private Pilates lessons, look no further! This is the place!

The owner is passionate about her craft and has a holistic view of the entire mind, body and soul. The studio is serene, welcoming and clean. If you are thinking about private lessons, either as a beginner or veteran, I highly recommend giving this studio a try!

Jessica is extremely knowledgeable and seems to have an endless repertoire of variations to accommodate any issues. She's careful, fun, and I can wholeheartedly recommend her, especially if you're wary of group classes (where I always seem to get hurt).
