★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Beautiful studio, 3 stars is because I would not call this “hot” yoga. If you have an intermediate/advanced practice and come to hot yoga to sweat a lot and be challenged, this is not the class for you. I was on the edge of cold the entire class and I feel this is aimed towards new yoga students
March 17 · nicole whiteWell for starters the studio is good enough space for everyone but sometimes they just overbooked it when it’s like 6 and 7pm classes and sometimes I still see strands of hair on the floor and they only have 1 towel to use to wipe the weights and such but the teachers were amazing I highly recommend book on Susannah’s class! She’s a great instructor very helpful with a fun side! But overall experience is 4 ⭐️ ‘s! I will stick to this yoga studio it’s closer and good environment!
July 14 · Mary jane ShawI love taking yoga and Pilates classes at Breathe! I’ve been going there for about a year now, and it’s really fun. The teachers are really motivating and make for a great group experience. Even though I’m a major introvert, I’ve still been able to make new friends there. The workouts are hard, but you’ll definitely see results. Bring a big water bottle with electrolytes. I love the heated room (especially on cold fall, winter, and spring nights). The heat really helps loosen up my muscles so I can stretch better. Since they have 3 locations, there’s a great variety of times that classes are offered. If you’re looking for a great yoga and Pilates studio in Seattle, I highly suggest Breathe!
January 07 · Jean ProminskiI've had a really positive experience with this studio. Would highly recommend. I've enjoyed all of the teachers – each brings a different style to the practice. My favorite teachers are Mike and Seth. The practice space is clean, and while I find it small compared to other studios I've been in, this hasn't seemed to be an issue of being too close to your neighbor. The (women's) changing rooms are VERY small, however. There are two showers, and room for about 4-5 people to comfortably change clothes. There are obviously more women than this in a class, so this presents a problem between classes when people are coming in and out of the changing area. The location is easy to get to, and there are spots to park bikes out front.
January 18 · Tricia FI've practiced bikram yoga and hot pilates on and off for many years now in the DC-Maryland area. I moved to Seattle last year and I'm thrilled to have found a studio with great class offerings and lovely instructors. I bounce between this location and the Capitol Hill one (it's closer to home whereas the Belltown location is closer to work). You will find some instructors offer classes at both. I love that there are so many different personalities, although they are all very friendly and willing to help you with perfecting your pose. There are also a variety of special events happening that range from yoga workshops to holistic wellness. Facilities are always clean. Culture is always welcome to newbies wanting to make a positive change in their bodies. Grab an auto-debit membership to get the most of what you pay. Highly recommend this place!
