Coach Jonathan lead the class and was approachable and explained how the class would thoroughly.What stood out was the workout circuit he designed. It was challenging but also varied, hitting different muscle groups each session, which kept things interesting and prevented plateaus. The structure was well-thought-out, with a good balance of strength training, cardio, and mobility work.Coach Jonathan’s attention to detail and the effectiveness of his workout circuits will have you sweating but getting a nice pump. If you’re looking for personalized coaching and innovative workouts, this place is definitely worth checking out!I will definitely be returning back next time I am in town.

July 21 · June SalasThis place is so bomb ! The music is always bumping and the lighting inside is dope (feels like I’m in a club ) !!! Haha love it!! Although the work outs are challenging and I find myself struggling to keep up, Josh is very motivational ! He focuses on the entire class and makes sure that everyone is doing the work outs correctly. The energy these classes give just makes you want to push harder!!! I recommend his classes to anyone who is looking to get fit. Their prices are decent and the packages are even better !! I also wanted to mention how clean this place is and the bathroom is always tidy.
