The studio is more than just a place to exercise; it's a community where every individual is encouraged to push their limits and achieve their fitness goals.
The philosophy behind BODYBAR Pilates is to deliver a modern, athletic approach to classical Pilates. This is achieved through a dynamic and high-intensity workout on a reformer machine. The studio's name itself suggests a fusion of strength and core stability, which are the cornerstones of their method. The unique and ever-changing routines ensure that members are never bored and are consistently challenged in new ways, which is a key factor in long-term fitness success. As one client noted, the variety of classes and exercises means you are always being challenged in new ways. This dedication to innovative programming keeps the mind engaged and the body constantly adapting and improving.
What truly sets BODYBAR Pilates apart is the quality of its instruction and the supportive community it has built. Customers consistently praise the instructors for being knowledgeable, encouraging, and attentive. They are not just guides but genuine motivators who know how to push you in the best way, making a tough workout feel enjoyable. This personal connection, where instructors take the time to check in with each person, creates a safe and welcoming environment. It is this attention to detail that builds trust and ensures members feel comfortable making adjustments and getting the most out of their workout without risking injury. This level of personalized care, often associated with one-on-one training, is a standard part of the group class experience at BODYBAR Pilates.

June 25 · Elizabeth VossellerI started doing Pilates back in 2021 and have loved it ever since—it’s truly been a game-changer for my body and mind. A few months ago, I was walking to Nothing Bundt Cakes when I noticed a Pilates studio a few doors away. I decided to give it a try and signed up for the free class. From the very first session, I was hooked! The studio has such a welcoming and energetic vibe. I’ve now had the chance to try all of the different classes they offer, and each one brings something new and challenging in the best way. The instructors are all amazing—especially Joyce! She brings so much positive energy and truly makes each class enjoyable. What I really appreciate is that all the instructors are attentive and take the time to check in with each person. They always ask if you’re comfortable with adjustments, which makes the environment feel safe and supportive. It shows they genuinely care about helping everyone get the most out of their workout without risking injury.Every time I go, I’m excited—not just for the workout, but for how good I feel afterward. If you’re thinking about trying Pilates or looking for a new studio to fall in love with, this is the place!
May 28 · Carla GI started going to BodyBar Pilates after their grand opening in August 2024. At that time I was out of shape, in my 50s, and dealing with several medical injuries. I also had a lot of balance issues, which made me unsure if Pilates was something I could safely do since I had never tried it before. After that very first trial class, I was hooked.I began by coming a couple of days a week. I was sore at first, but I could feel myself getting stronger with every class. Within two to three months of staying consistent, I could physically see changes in my body, and one of the biggest surprises has been how much my balance has improved. The best part is that everything can be modified. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, young or older, every movement can be adjusted to your level. I could use props like the ball, bands, weights, or ring to make things more challenging, and I could adjust the springs or change positions to work around my injuries. That flexibility has been a game changer for me.The instructors are incredible. They are friendly, welcoming, and they make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. It’s an encouraging and supportive environment, and I genuinely look forward to going. I now try to go five days a week, and it has become the best part of my day. While every instructor I’ve taken classes with has been fantastic, I especially want to thank Natalie, Tiffany, and Wardah. They have been a big part of my progress and transformation, and their classes always challenge me in the best way!
July 29 · Lisa DGreat workout schedule and a variety of trainings. I like how I can mix it up with classic classes but also enjoy their mixed equipment class that I haven't found in a different studio. Usually, I pair the pilates sessions with a workout at the gym during the week, so their stretch and balance classes are cool to unwind, too.Especially for the price point (I have the 8 class package) it is a good deal to stay fit and mix up you usual workout routine. Coaches are all very friendly and engaged. Coach Natalie is my go-to with a lot of music variety in her class and wit going, even at the early 6am classes.I only wish they had more unisex/male Pilates gear they offer.
April 23 · Daniel KroepflAbsolutely love this place! It’s such a nice community to be a part of. All of the instructors are so fun, nice, and super encouraging. I felt like I fit in as a newbie and still do now that I’ve got a few months under my belt! Lots of great classes to choose from and the exercises get switched up all the time so you never get bored! I always feel like I’ve gotten a good challenge out of my workout and I’m always super excited to go to the next one!
