The instructors, specially Master Tatiana and Master Fred who are primarily the ones who lead the classes are both wonderful. They are a good balance of friendly and professional; they know everyone and attend to you with genuine interest. They have managed to provide a pleasant environment where everyone feels comfortable. It's truly a rare find. I originally had planned to signed up for only one year but realized that the variety in the exercises fulfills most of my needs. I feel great after each class.
