Scheduled my 1:1 introduction class and the instructor was kind, patient, and showed me the moves. I signed up immediately. Since then, I have felt like I joined a family. The staff is kind, the students are welcoming, and I feel so much better about myself, even though I have only been doing this for 3 weeks. Highly recommend for people that need low impact, spiritual fitness in their life.

It’s been a boon to my spirit and I’m finding joy in connecting with myself. There is a beautiful and strong sense ofcommunity here with an ethos of genuine kindness and compassion for one another and the world around us. Seoyeon Won-jang-nim and the instructors I’ve had the pleasure of practicing with—Julia-nim and Fred-nim—are absolutely wonderful and create a welcoming and accepting space. Additionally, I appreciate the focus on education and the time taken with new practitioners to train us on the proper form and why it is important as well teach us about the culture. I’m very happy to be a part of this community!!

After experiencing knee problems I wanted a form of exercise that would help me with my balance, my flexibility and state of mind. And this is what I found at body and brain. The instructors are wonderful they give good feedback and I enjoy the atmosphere and the clientele and it’s a no judgement zone. I give body and brain 5 stars.
