If you get a chance, take a class with Grace! I never felt uncomfortable or unable. Her encouragement and method of instruction is so motivating. Take the class! Feel alive!!!

If you are someone who feels like you’re nervous to try it out because you’ll make mistakes, I definitely did, but the large class made it feel like less eyes. The class is definitely hot and intense but the movements are repeated and demonstrated plus with the large class you are able to look L-R and have a reminder if you get jumbled. The front desk was so kind and provided a towel for my yoga mat (first time free towel), they always have free washcloths and provide a nice cold washcloth for cool down. No changing room but large single bathrooms if you are traveling a distance and would prefer not to be drenched in sweat, because you will be.
