★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Wish we lived full time Upstate to go as many times as possible to this amazing studio. The teachers dedicated attention and welcoming space make it a perfect place to train body and mind alike. Andrea’s classes are always spot on, her attention to details and clear instructions make the lessons flow and engaging. Love Autumn’s Saturday morning yoga class, perfect for re-balance and re-charge for the weekend and new coming week. 5 stars are not enough for this gem of a studio.
June 23 · alessia gattiAudra has been an amazing instructor. I have been working with her for about a year now and we continue to build up the routines. I am in my mid 40’s, and have dealt with lower back issues ever since college basketball days, when I injured two discs my sophomore year, from wear & tear of long and intense NCAA seasons. After college sports, sitting all day in offices didn’t help. As a tall person around 6’6” I was dealing with painful back issues at least once a year. I can’t express the relief that I now feel after building up some core strength, and also hip flexibility, which has alleviated the persistent stiffness in my lower back. It’s been a complete game changer, and also a life changer - I sincerely say this. It’s definitely one of those things I wish I had discovered earlier in life….. I had tried most other things (chiropractor, PT, yoga, light weights, etc), but had not discovered Pilates until recently. Audra in particular has given me customized specific routines, and she has also given me confidence to continuing expand to new movements and strengthen further. Thank you, Audra !!!!! Our sessions have greatly helped me !!!
August 20 · John DavidovichAs someone who just moved from NYC to Sullivan County, the transition has not been easy. However working with Audra at Bodies & Plants gives me something to look forward to each week. She is kind and patient while still being able to help me achieve my goals. Lessons are relaxing at the same time as they are very fun. Smiles all around, 10 out of 10 would recommend.
July 11 · Corinne MacaulayI highly recommend Bodies & Plants for pilates and other movement classes. Andrea has created a beautiful and welcoming space centered around movement, growth, and self-care. Through regular springboard classes, I have toned my physique and built core strength and stamina that support the physical demands of my days. Every class seems to strip away the tension and stiffness from the week and leaves me feeling open, strong, and limber. The studio has been a true refuge for self-care and community building during these hard years of the pandemic.
May 05 · Jenny GillI started working with Andrea in the early days of COVID, when she was offering outdoor classes on her private pilates deck. Desperately in need of some exercise and stress relief, and inspired by her calm and creative instruction, it took very little time for me to inquire about private sessions, and I’m so glad I did. Every session with Andrea is unique, imaginative, and fun. She takes the time to understand my needs and preferences, and her warmth and sense of humor carry me through even the most challenging exercises. Thank you, Andrea!!!
