She has developed a team of instructors who are kind, friendly, and know how to correct form in subtle ways.2. This class is efficient. A full body workout in 45 mins. Each class is challenging whether you're a beginning, advanced or intermediate level. There are modifications for every level and the instructors will guide those modifications. Everyone in class is welcoming.3. On a personal note, I love the workouts, and the changes I see in my body. I can pick a class to fit around all of my personal activities to make 3 classes a week.
