★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ve been trying to cancel my gym membership for over 4 months. Despite not using the gym at all during this time, I kept being charged every month. I reached out to customer support multiple times, but received no real help. Now, when I tried to cancel again, I was told I need to pay an additional $25 just to cancel the membership. This is outrageous — I haven’t used the gym for months, yet you continue to charge me, and now you want extra money to stop? Terrible service and a completely non-transparent system. I do not recommend this gym at all.
August 04 · Ivanna StrilchukDisgusting staff with mocking faces, disrespectful attitude, they don't even understand what politeness means, very uneducated. The worst of it is the manager (Liz). The old staff were all very nice. I've been a member for 5 years and I've lost the desire to go there.
August 20 · nat natI changed my blue membership to the gray one for this location over a year or two ago and today I’m told that they don’t see any changes on my account so I’m only allowed to go to the Noho one where I originally signed up for the membership and they kicked me out. And it costs $40 to change my home gym?? Why would changing a home gym cost more than the monthly fee? Complete rip off and bad practice. I’m so glad I cancelled my membership prior to this because this is ridiculous and wasted my morning because some incompetent manager didn’t know how to correctly edit my membership. Parking is horrendous too because it’s next to the DMV and there’s barely two spots available even if you come at 5am.
