★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ve been at BRCF for 2 weeks and it’s been transformative. I lost 5 lbs with ease and started eating the right way (enough proteins for the first time in my life). Turns out CrossFit isn’t the same everywhere. All the instructors at BRCF are incredible knowledgeable and friendly! I was quite intimated by CrossFit at first and avoided it for years. But I’m so glad to finally find the community where I get inspired by so many women and men everyday. The accountability and knowledge are there! There are SO MANY classes each day from early morning, noon, mid afternoon until evening. I’ve never seen this level of flexibility and commitment before. After practicing taekwondo for two decades, I’m thrilled to have found something new and feel like a “white” belt again. Starting with my limited upper body strength, I can feel the progress I’m making every time and I love all the new friends I’m making along the way. Come join us!!

The community is so welcoming and supportive no matter where you are in your fitness journey, the coaches are super knowledgeable and are always there to push you when you need it, and the class programming is always varied and able to be modified so it’s accessible to all skill levels. With their help I have made AMAZING progress in 6 months and have no intention of stopping anytime soon!

I’ve seen so much progress in just a few months than I ever would’ve seen just working out on my own. The programming pushes you but is scalable no matter where you’re at & the coaches make sure to help you find that middle ground. If you’re tired of doing the same thing over and over like I was or if you want to push your body in new ways, give this gym a try. The community here will support you no matter where you are at in your fitness journey

From day one, I was welcomed by an amazing community that supports and encourages each other, no matter your skill level.The coaches are knowledgeable and know when to push you to reach your potential. Each workout includes various scaling options, ensuring that everyone can participate and challenge themselves according to their skill level.I was able to work out through my entire pregnancy with different scaling options and then get back to my pre-pregnancy self with the help of a nutrition challenge and weekly check-ins!I honestly can’t recommend Blackstone River CrossFit enough!
