I havent tried all the instructors yet but know this is the place to be! Seems every knows the assignment! Friendly, motivating and family oriented! If you haven't tried you are messing out! Come join the family cuz that is what you'll get!!!

You walk in the door to Betsy and Lisa who will greet you each time, they remember your name, make sure to notice your progress, and lead a great workout every time. Their energy is welcoming, supportive, and they will push you hard. Each class is tailored for beginners to advanced, so anyone will feel comfortable and be able to keep up. If you’re looking for a place to begin or continue your fitness journey, you don’t want to miss this place! Beyond Cycle & Fitness is by far, my favorite places I’ve ever worked out.

Not only do they have spin classes but they also have a vixen dance class twice a month and full body workouts after each spin class. I never leave a class without feeling like a had a great workout. I definitely recommend this studio to everyone!
