Unlike single-purpose gyms, the Y offers a holistic approach to wellness that benefits the entire family. The combination of a well-equipped gym, a swimming pool, and a basketball court provides a diverse range of physical activities. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Swim lessons are a complete joke. A child pooped in the pool, and I was very concerned with their method of dealing with the situation and cleaning it. They really are not watching kids well at all during swimming and playtime after lessons. Very concerned regarding general safety.Edit: changing review to 1 star because they changed their terms and conditions to cancel memberships. I bet everyone is canceling membership now that the summer is over.
August 25 · Krista PI would not send you kiddos to summer camp at this location. The onsite director is rude and disrespectful to parents. She thinks she pretty important. I tried to get her name but the employees at the front desk don’t even know her. She’s not as important as she thinks.I am trying to change my son’s camp location as I don’t want this type of person engaging with my child. I was given two phone numbers for higher ups. Neither phone number works. Camp instructions were sent a week after camp started. I would look elsewhere if you and your child want to have a good summer camp experience!
June 19 · Cara HammondFirst time and last time coming to this pool. We always drove by watched it be built. Couldn’t wait to come and visit never again. First on your Facebook post says nothing about your id or name information to enter the pool. Second was the lazy river is a joke you can’t be inside the tube you gotta be on top of the tube. And it isn’t safe not having a life gard at the kid part. You got grown ass kids in the kiddie part going down the slides runing over the 1 and 2 year olds that are made for them. We will never be back and 2 the the life guards need retraining
June 01 · Katherine DavisIn the last week our family has tried to go use the gym twice to practice a little basketball. Both times there were people who pushed their way in to playing a full court game when the posted rules say that is not allowed. Both times there were no employees around to enforce the rules so everyone can enjoy the facility they’re paying to use. Aside from that the people who were playing the full court games were rowdy, crude and using foul language. F this, F that and so on when there were young children around. Didn’t know profanity was allowed as well. Disappointed to see that group is always catered to and above the rules set for everyone. We had taken a break from trying to go because of behavior like this in the past. I feel like we’ll be canceling our membership soon.
March 19 · C LI recently had a worst experience with the YMCA that left me extremely frustrated and disappointed. The customer service I encountered this time was far below the standard I expected. The so called executive director Louis is unreachable!!!The issue began when I tried to resolve a wrong allegation, the representative was dismissive and unhelpful, offering no solution. What’s most frustrating is that the YMCA prides itself on community and values, but this experience felt completely disconnected from those principles. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and a general disregard for member concerns have left me questioning whether I want to continue my membership.I hope the YMCA takes this feedback seriously and works to improve its customer service. A great facility is only as good as the people who represent it, and right now, that aspect is severely lacking.Update: Louis not witnessing anything strongly alleges. Others have to wake up to not use cheap membership and changing the people in that authority.
