- Inferno Hot Pilates: A high-intensity, low-impact, full-body workout performed in a room heated to approximately 99∘. This fast-paced class uses Pilates principles to challenge and strengthen the core dramatically, with many regulars attesting to its transformative effects.
- Bent (104∘): A medium-paced class following a fixed series of 26 poses with a break between each. Poses are held longer, making it an excellent practice for measuring progress and building deep strength and flexibility.
- Power Vinyasa (99∘): A faster-paced, flowing class where poses are synchronized with the movement of the breath. This style is designed to get the heart pumping, building heat, strength, and endurance.
- Rocket (99∘): A dynamic, faster-paced flow that is a modified version of traditional Ashtanga Yoga. It incorporates a comprehensive sequence of standing, seated, and twisting poses, ideal for those looking for a rigorous practice.
- Yin (Cooler Temperature): A slow-paced, restorative class targeting the deep connective tissues. Poses are held for 3–5 minutes, typically done seated or lying down, promoting natural range of motion, relaxation, and peace.
- Fusion Classes: Combinations of various disciplines, often blending a faster-paced class with the restorative nature of Yin Yoga for a balanced, whole-body experience.
- Online Classes: The studio provides Online classes for members who need the flexibility to practice from home, ensuring continuity of their wellness journey regardless of location.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I just celebrated my 15 year "yogaversary" as a member of this studio and I still LOVE it! The great variety of classes means there's something for everyone; the instructor's are all so dedicated and inspiring; there are special events to help enhance your practice; and the yoga retreats are absolutely amazing! Owners Doug and Agata have created a wonderful community!I just can't say enough good things about Bent Dog Yoga and Pilates!
February 24 · Teresa BarlassGreat studio with a variety of classes & staff that challenge people of all different abilities. Nicole's Inferno Pilates is a killer! Must try.
August 07 · Matt WardI absolutely love this studio!!! The instructors provide well rounded classes with modifications and challenges for all fitness levels. I always leave feeling with a sense of accomplishment, and the heat in the room make it one of my favorite places to workout. Try an inferno Pilates class...You will love it and see results after a few classes!
August 08 · Abby KomesThis place changed my life! Its more than just a workout: its a place to relax, unwind, and recenter yourself. I joined summer of 2022 after a very difficult year. I was anxious, stressed, and physically not in great shape (a lot of health issues). I also used to be a super wimp! I used to give up easily if I went on a run, worked out, or got pushed too hard... However, after almost 2 years of regularly attending bentdog, I can confidently say thatI am a more resilient and strong person -- both emotionally and physically. For many of us that attend, this is our go-to happy place to focus on our growth, unwinding, and feeling strong and capable.Through the guidance of the instructors and the discipline of some of the workouts, I have gained tools to lessen my anxiety, manage stress, and learn to be a more relaxed and loving person. 1000% understand the yoga and pilates hype now and you absolutely should give this place a try if you are on the fence about it.Here are some awesome things about this place:1) Everyone at every workout is only focusing on themselves. Its such a wonderful judgement FREE zone.2) If you show up and can only give 50%, no instructor will shame you or push more than you can give. They always emphasize to listen to your body.3) You can get a killer workout if you go to an Inferno Hot Pilates class, but also can sign up for slower classes like Bent 60 or Yin if you want to focus on flexibility and slow things down.4) There's at least 4 classes offered per day.5) Super clean bathrooms and cubby space. Also, there is a shower in both the women's and men's room if you need to clean up before you head out.6) You can show up 15-20min early and just lay on your mat and warm up or stretch. Its so calming and quiet in there. You can do the same post-class.7) If you take a hard class first, you WILL get your butt kicked... And that's ok. It took me about 2 weeks of regularly attending (and drinking the right amount of water) to go from "Omg this might not be for me" to "Ok... I got this!"Overall, BentDog is a gem and its people are 10/10.
March 13 · Bella SezonovEx Crossfiter gone Yoga!!! Bent Dog saved my body, that I wasn’t too surprised about. But what has been the the piece I didn’t know would happen. Yoga has calmed my busy mind. When I started here I couldn’t stop thinking about how long until the class was over and all the things outside the studio. I am happy to report I now have a clear head space and find myself at the end of class wondering how the heck did that hour fly by. Years of injury have melted away, I look great and feel great, and my mind is at peace.Oh!!! And the other members are all amazing!!!! And I couldn’t tell you which instructor I like the best, they are all great too!!!!
