June 04 · Chris ZhangI took over 25 Pilates sessions with Lala. She is very focused on proper form and alignment. She varies the workouts and had new moves for me at every session. If I showed her my chiropractor's orders, she put that into our workout. I always felt accomplished and comfortably sore at the end of our workout. She is knowledgeable and fun to work out with. I don't live near her anymore and miss our workouts.

By working with her I gained and maintain strength, flexibility and stamina so I can do everything I want to. That includes hill hiking regularly 5 miles and international travel. Lala is the best, always encouraging, challenging and so knowledgeable.
