I completed the program with much more: better sense of myself, increased confidence, and feeling more grounded. I learned a vast amount of knowledge from anatomy & physiology to subtle body components and many things in between. I was impressed with the detailed instruction and guest presenters. I came here as an experienced yoga student, but to me this wasn’t really ‘yoga’, it was more high intensity power yoga. I usually don’t mind heated classes but the heaters were along one side of the wall creating a much hotter side of the room. A few times I really felt I might pass out. Not for me, but if you’re into that it’s a good space!

When AYO opened up, I decided to give it a try, and I'm so happy I did. The instructors are helpful, positive, and kind. As someone who didn't really know much about yoga, I found that I was able to pick up on poses and cues within a few classes. The heated studio will really make you sweat, and after only a month of classes, I can already feel stronger! I would highly recommend anyone interested in yoga - at any level - to give AYO a try!
