Their showers are always clean and stocked. One thing to know is that their smoothies can sometimes be consistent. Some days they’re running like water some days. They actually taste like smoothies.

I live about 40 mins away so having a membership would be hard to maintain for me (I also have a monthly gym membership in my area that I’m already paying). Workouts are good and not harsh at all on the body like some other boot camp style gyms. I love how they incorporate cardio on the treadmills with strength training on the floor. I like the atmosphere a lot (clean, spacious, and no one bugs you about trying to sign on a membership).
