Making the switch to calisthenics is one of the best choices I’ve made this year. Regular gyms have became very boring to me. Bare Essential Fitness also offers a bunch of different classes. Mat Barre Pilates is one of my favorites ; a great mix of strength and stretching. Overall, a great place to move, feel good, and stay consistent. GET. BARE. FIT.
