I’ve taken a few different yoga classes before, and I noticed that Angie is different from other instructors. I always knew I had weak knees but never really understood why—until Angie told me I have hypermobility. No one had ever mentioned that to me before, and it honestly made everything so much clearer. She explains things in a way that’s easy to understand and pays close attention to how each person is moving, making sure to accommodate everyone. She never forces any movement, which I really appreciate. Her thoughtful approach makes a big difference—highly recommend!

The owner Angie had clear images of the different poses, demonstrated them, and carefully guided everyone through them. The class was challenging and a lot of fun. The studio is beautiful, spacious, and calming. Angie is so enthusiastic and caring about her craft and is a lovely person. This is a wonderful space to practice yoga!
