★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Highly recommend. My instructor Angilique Campbell is a great Pilates teacher.
June 10 · Raymond ThomasThe instructors at balance are excellent and have taken the time to understand my limitations and issues. The variety of equipment available at the studio is also hard to beat, with both Pilates and gyrotonic equipment available. I started taking classes at the studio before my wedding over 10 years ago. Getting back to in-person sessions after being away during the Covid shut down made me realize how much the work on the equipment has helped me!
August 25 · Katie C.Love Balance Pilates! Liz is a fantastic instructor for private equipment lessons as well as group classes. She understands my individual strengths and limitations while helping me push for more. Trying to rehabilitate after a back injury can be challenging. Protecting me from injury while strengthening my core is the goal and Liz is the perfect instructor for realizing this goal. Judith is a wonderful instructor! Love her class so much that I brought my husband along. Her detailed teaching style allows for easy following. She always has modifications for exercises that flow seamlessly into her teaching. Her spirit is so nurturing and positive that taking her class is always a pleasure. Rebecca's classes are always a good workout. She pushes for the class to work harder without making anyone feel they should work beyond their ability. She's a positive and inspiring instructor. Debi, Karen and Brianne are terrific, accomplished instructors who are generous with their teaching style. When I leave Balance Pilates I always feel good physically and mentally. The instructors and staff are kind and positive.
April 13 · Stefanie BzdusekI have had a Balance monthly group mat class membership for several years, and I love this studio. The physical spaces are attractive, and always clean and bright. The classes are small and led by the very best instructors. The vibe is very communal and friendly. Also, the free parking is a huge bonus. I am so grateful to have Balance Pilates & Yoga Studio in my life!
July 01 · Karen D.Susan does what only the best trainers do: Understands your unique condition and limitations, while continually challenging you to push yourself further. Through spinal troubles, I’ve worked with her on both reformer and mat Pilates, several times a week for 3 years now, to keep my back happy with me and my body limber enough to manage small children. I often find myself telling younger friends with disc degeneration to go see her before they learn the hard way, but I’d recommend her to anyone, in any condition. Wherever you start, she’ll make you better.
