As a medical professional I truly appreciate how knowledgeable and experienced Noelle is with Kinesiology. She is so attentive to each person's individual needs and tailors each client's workout according to their musculoskeletal limitations (history of injuries etc). The group classes are honestly like semi-private classes since its only 2-4 clients at a time. You can also just purchase private 1:1 classes or virtual classes too! Noelle is hilarious and so much fun! The other clients and I have such a great time every time...such a great way to start my day!
