No joke I could barely break parallel on my squats and now I get really deep.Recently I suffered a shoulder injury and the coaches there have been able to help me work around it while I recover.Good kids class too I’ve heard.Update: they have a noon class now which is helpful for those of us who work at night or have weird schedules.

The workout was great, the coaching was great, Jamel the owner was extremely welcoming as was the group of athletes. Highly recommend for anyone visiting or anyone who lives in the area looking to get healthier in a welcoming environment
December 28 · Corey HassanNot a member but did go to a friends and family event and the owner was my trainer at another location I am currently a member of. I felt very comfortable at the event. There were a lot of smiling faces and even some familiar ones. It was a team workout which I was nervous about I tend to like to be on my own since I am a very quiet and shy person. But everyone was supportive and included me in one of their groups. The event was to give non members an idea of how the classes are run and look into the CrossFit life and the community you get with joining.We started with a warm up and then the coach broke down the workout and each movement we were going to be doing just so everyone knew the proper way to do the exercise. They spoke clear and made sure to see if anyone had any question. Getting in CrossFit without a proper introduction can cause injuries. So the coaches made sure to ask if anyone needed an alternative workout due to injuries or pain. They show multiple ways to scale the workout just incase. The workout was mainly endurance something somewhat easier for people new to the community but challenging to show it’s a team effort and we have each others back. I think everyone should invest in themselves and give CrossFit a try. I’ve spent thousands one a traditional gym and barely went. In CrossFit it’s basically group personal training and you get into the pit with people from all walks of life. And let me be clear about something for the ladies. Don’t be scared to come to CrossFit. Some of my favorites at my gym and at this location are women!! They are beauty and beast! Put CrossFit on your 2025 to do list.
