Oliver led the session with this perfect mix of Marine Corps discipline and genuine care - you can tell he really wants everyone to succeed. The guy knows his stuff and pushes you just right.But honestly, Mary Smith deserves huge props too. She’s clearly got years of experience under her belt and has this amazing ability to spot exactly what you need before you even realize it. You can see why she’s so respected in the fitness community - there’s something about her approach that just clicks. She and Oliver work together like they’ve been doing this forever.The 60-minute session was no joke - bodyweight exercises, TRX work, and finished with rowing that absolutely torched us (in the best way). What I loved most was how they gave us room to figure things out while being right there when we needed guidance.The other class members were super welcoming too, which made jumping into something new way less intimidating. You can tell this group has something special going on.If you’re looking for trainers who know their craft and genuinely care about your progress, these two are the real deal. June 06 · Joey SciabarraApex fitness is the place to go if you want to be in peak physical shape! The gym has an incredible layout featuring brand new machines and free weights. The setting isn't hot at all with a nice dim lighting to keep you comfortable. The owners are amazing guys local to their community and are always hosting events for the town. This place is a must go see A+100% recommend.

I began working with Mary Smith at Apex, and realized how much more effective my workouts could be. Mary is amazing - the right balance of encouraging and tough - and she maximizing the time you have with her. I now work out with both Mary and Oliver and really enjoy the experience. Apex is an excellent facility - not only for it have state of the art equipment, but the people are wonderful. It truly feels like a big family! I highly recommend Apex - and personal training with Mary and Oliver Smith - for those who are getting (Re)started with fitness as well as those who are seasoned fitness participants.
