All different types of people and always feel comfortable and not having to wait around for machines. Place is very clean, weights are updated and also is equipment. Extra bonus the staff is friendly and amazing! Definitely get in some personal coaching it’s so worth it. Mike helped me so much. After having 4 back surgeries and not being able to workout for so long, he helped me get back into what I loved to do and into the right program for my back. Check it out!
