I cannot begin to express my gratitude to this gym, Maddie and Maria were so extremely helpful and the patrons that go here are Fanta and helpful as well!! I am a disabled Veteran from Georgia and am in town like 3x a year and always need a place to work out, well I found a gym away from home!! Very accessible from my wheelchair and I was able to workout hard before my competition! Because of the tweaks made by Maria I was able to win Golds in Discus, Shot Put, powerlifting Bench (PR) and powerlifting seated dead lift also (PR)! I don’t believe I could’ve had the success that I did without the help in this gym the week prior to competition so thank you to everybody!!!
