I called 6 or 7 times throughout the course of a week and it always go to voicemail. They bother sending text messages that they never got around too responding to if you send something back and all around seems like a pain to stick with when you could just go to the plethora of gyms in the area instead.

They charge $18 a month but they don't It's 18 every 2 weeks They charge another charge twice a year for maintenance fee 33.00 charged my husband $33 in January and then another $33 in March. The lady at signed me up on silver sneakers Just put my membership on hold because I was paying regular. Because she didn't know how to do it. They finally got someone that could and knew how. It's an awful place. As much as I pay a month you have to pay extra for the tanning beds. This place is not worth it. There's never no one in there I don't feel safe. They got cameras their employees are never around.
April 30 · Nancy HodsonSave yourself a lot of headache and money. Find a locally owned gym. The equipment hardly ever works properly here and they will take you for every penny they can. There’s no way to reach out for help if you have concerns beyond what the local office can do. The customer service line takes you to the parent company where they will just ultimately refer you back to your local office and nothing will be resolved. Strongly do not recommend this place.
June 14 · Brittney MarinichFitness facility is adequate, good luck cancelling your service, I cancelled service over a month ago (have fulfilled my contract, membership cannot be cancelled by phone or online, you are forced to go to the gym, show ID and sign a cancelation form when someone is available at their convenience) and have been charged 3 times for the monthly membership since cancelation, no one at the gym ever answers the phone, do not sign up you will never get out! Would NOT recommend! Fast forward to 01.11.23 a reply of "oh just send a certified letter of cancellation" are you kidding? And "we can't find you in our system" funny thing they did not have any trouble finding my credit card to charge me every month for over two years! Last time I checked I live in the same city

Decided to stop using this gym due to being so out of the way for my routine and was charged for 3 months after terminating my membership. The first time I tried to cancel they said they required a 30 day notice. Fine, took the additional charge. But it happened several times after I terminated my membership. Ended up having to pay for a stop payment.
