Ranging from: ellipticals, treadmills, and rowing machines to free bars, dumbbells, a Smith Machine, and other resistance strength machines. This gym is always clean, temperature controlled, and never smells bad. The people are friendly and the place is never too busy or crowded. Showers are available, and all restroom facilities are clean and handicap accessible. There is ample parking, and sometimes you can catch a covered parking spot if you like to keep your vehicle protected from the weather.
