I got to have the FBBC workout I know and love, but I was also blown away at the space!! My location (which I love) is gray paint in an office park, this location is in a beautiful old brick building. It was a nice change of scenery to have exposed wood, brick, live plants, a beautiful window overlooking a stream (I need something to distract me on those awful bikes 😂)

They are always there for you, paying attention, ensuring you are doing the exercises correctly and working to help you meet your goals. The trainers spend a lot of time planning and diversifying the workouts so you are never bored. They work with all levels, so they provide modifications as needed for each individual. I already see the changes in my flexibility, mobility and shape. Best I have felt in a long time.
