Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, so even though I let myself get super out of shape I don't feel out of place at all. My favorite part though is the workouts. They're consistently challenging but super fun. I always leave knowing I got a great workout that will help me reach my own personal health/fitness goals.

The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly but aren't afraid to encourage and hold you accountable. There are consistent seminars, competitions, and community building events allowing everyone to be involved. The amenities are great as they have all the equipment need plus massive racks and even a Sauna, protein shake bar, and COLD BREW COFFEE on tap!CrossFit Andare has been absolutely essential to my personal growth and development.I've been doing CrossFit for nearly 20 years with a history of poor attendance. I also ate very poorly and drank regularly. My poor life choices and laziness ultimately resulted in the need for serious back surgery at only 39yrs old. Recognizing the need for change in my life I used Andare as pre-op physical therapy as much as I could.The programming at Andare is fantastic. I was able to strengthen my core and spine to the point that I was able to return to work 3 weeks after a fusion of my L5S1. In 2 months I was able to attend classes again. 12 months after coming back I broke my Deadlift personal best. A record I had not been able to surpass for 11 years!!!If you are looking for a place to make a positive change in your life, no matter what you are going through, and no matter what your current fitness level or experience is, CrossFit Andare is the box for you!

They offer so many extras like protein shakes, a sauna, and different drinks. There are also many events that bring everyone together and make it feel more like a community instead of just a gym. I would definitely recommend Andare!
